At my shop, the quality of our materials—from high-fill duck down to technical waterproof shells—is a point of pride. We want you to feel confident in your decision, which is why we offer an extended 45-day return window from the date of shipment. This extended period is designed to accommodate the varied needs of our clients, giving you more time to assess the fashion and comfort of your investment, especially during the colder months.
This policy reflects our deep confidence in the durability and superior thermal performance of our Canadian winter wear.
Return Conditions and Inspection
All items returned for a full refund must be clean, unworn, and unwashed, with all original product packaging intact. We conduct a thorough inspection upon receipt. Any garments showing clear signs of being worn outdoors, such as dirt, scuff marks, or excessive creasing, will be deemed ineligible for a full refund. Furthermore, items purchased at a discount of 50% or more are considered final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange, so please choose these items carefully.
Handling Refunds and Store Credit
If you return your item within the 45-day window, you can opt for a full refund to your original payment method, or choose merchandise credit on a digital gift card. Choosing store credit will waive the standard handling fee deducted from the refund for domestic mail-in returns.
For items returned after the initial 45-day period but before 60 days from the date of shipment, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. This policy is our way of offering maximum flexibility while adhering to necessary inventory and sales cycles.
International Returns: Duties and Documentation
For international returns, the process requires meticulous attention to documentation. Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs. Crucially, they are also responsible for clearly indicating that the item is a return to their local customs authority. Failure to provide proper documentation may result in us being charged import duties and taxes upon the item’s re-entry into the country. If such charges are incurred due to improper return documentation, we will deduct those fees from the final refund amount. We highly recommend consulting with our customer service team to ensure your return is properly documented for a seamless refund.
